We have gone to Marble Slab multiple times since they opened here, and honestly super disappointed with our last visit. We came today at 8:30PM and ordered from their menu, but the girl that took our order messed up our order terribly. She misheard us and we were obviously patient, as we are customer service workers ourselves, but she was obviously annoyed and tired 😭 she misheard us, gave us dirty cups, and after asking her to clean it, she cleaned on side and left our other cups dirty too. It’s disappointing because we get it’s just ice cream, but at the end of the day, getting ice cream that’s spilling from the sides of the cups and incorrect orders is frustrating. I’ve always had good service there so this is pretty upsetting :( We had maybe one order right out of the four ice creams we had 🥲

This Marble Slab location offers the best ice cream flavors— all homemade! The portions are generous, and we absolutely love coming here. The shop is always clean, with a great vibe and friendly staff. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

First time at this marble slab no one was there. A blond hair blue eyes guy helped me he was very sweet. The only bummer was that they didn’t have a waffle bowl. I got a kids and i beleive a large and i paid $15 so it is pretty pricey but enjoyable every once in a while . Definitely recommend.

This was my first order from this location. I ordered Chocolate Ice cream cake for my Husband's Birthday, it was yummy. We both liked it. The delivery was on time and the cake was very fresh. It was the best cake I have eaten so far. Really appreciate the good customer service and highly recommend this place for good ice cream cakes.

This is the first time having Marble slab and I'm not disappointed!! My server was the best she gave the biggest scoops of ice cream and maked shure that everything was clean after use and she had a very good attitude with me!
